The Organs of ICBA consist of :

• The ordinary Members' Meeting and Executive Committee
• The regional Members' Meeting and Regional Committees

ICBA is a sectoral organization of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA).

Statutory Meetings

The Executive Committee meets twice a year, although it can convene meetings at other times if necessary. ICBA General Assembly is also held once a year in conjunction with the meeting of the Central Executive Committee.
Ideally, each of the Regional Committees should meet at least three times a year.
